Using Myndery
You may use Myndery products for personal, non-commercial learning and play. For accounts belonging to minors, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms and supervises use.
Don't cheat, disrupt other players, attempt to tamper with our systems, or misuse the service.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Your Myndery account works across the Myndery website, SmartGuys, and Myndery Learn.
Purchases
Optional purchases are cosmetic or convenience only and never affect competitive fairness. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellation are shown at the point of purchase.
Content
Learning content is provided for educational purposes. We work to keep it accurate and continuously validate items with data, but it is offered without warranty of fitness for any specific academic outcome.
Changes
We may update these terms as the products evolve. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
