Myndery is privacy-first by design. This summary explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. It applies to the Myndery website, SmartGuys, and Myndery Learn.

What we collect
Account information you provide (such as username and email), and learning and gameplay data generated as you use the products — the questions you answer, your responses, and derived progress like mastery and calibration.
We collect the minimum needed to run the service and improve learning outcomes.
How we use it
To operate your account, personalize adaptive difficulty, measure learning, keep multiplayer fair, and improve the product. Learning data personalizes your experience and, in aggregate and de-identified form, powers our research into whether the product actually teaches.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not expose your personal information to other players. We do not use manipulative tracking to drive spending.
Your controls
You can access, correct, or delete your data. For accounts belonging to minors, a parent or guardian exercises these controls. Email privacy@myndery.com and we will respond.
Data security
Access is authenticated and authorized on our secure servers. We apply standard transport security and least-privilege access to systems that hold user data.
